The incumbent will work upon enablement of channel partners (Primary & Secondary) & build strong connect to elevate Sales capability, strengthen Learning cultural ecosystem to deliver superior performance in ensuring business growth. To design & drive a future ready Sales Learning ecosystem that enhances Dealership Sales Capability, focus on Customer centric selling behavior related Content that will strengthen Brand Advocacy and improves retail business performance across the Channel Network. Job Responsibilities: - Learning as a Sales Enabler for Achieving Annual Business Plan - Support in achieving Annual business plan by leveraging learning as a Sales Enabler - Sales Capability Strategy - Design Annual Sales Learning Strategy aligned to Business Priorities - Content & Curriculum Design - Design Blended Learning Journeys - Annual Learning plan based on Learning Need Identification & Go To Market (GTM) Strategy - Assessments of business role holders as per Kirkpatrick etc.
