Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. Our customer is the European online car market with over 30 million monthly users, with a market presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers. **Responsibilities**: - Lead roadmap execution for the team's internal and external data products, ensuring understanding of the clients' goals and user needs.
- Enable data product transformation for internal and external data products to drive maximum business value
- Champion data as a product, promoting adoption of data capabilities across the organization.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and provide solutions.
- Guide the development of data transformation and presentation layers to support data analytics.
- Ensure data products are secure, compliant, and scalable, with a focus on usability and performance.
- Monitor product performance using OKRs and KPIs and iterate based on feedback and evolving needs. **Requirements**: - Work in the **Canadian timezone (EDT)**: - 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data platforms, data products, or analytics solutions.
- Experience with data warehousing technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and prototyping
- Experience with data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance.
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Databricks, DataRobot) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Quick Sight).
- Familiarity with data mesh, data contracts, and modern data
- Balance technical depth with business acumen, and to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- English level - Upper-Intermediate and above.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered. **We offer**: - Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible
