About the Role As a Staff Software Engineer (IC7), you will join the Loyalty team to architect and evolve a high-throughput platform that ensures our customers receive the same value they bring to our ecosystem. You will operate within a highly collaborative environment, partnering with product, design, and business analysts to navigate complex technical trade-offs.
