We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for defining, documenting, and managing requirements for various IT projects. Responsibilities • Lead client meetings to elicit, document, analyze, and manage functional and non-functional requirements • Process Analysis • Documentation • Stakeholder Communication • Testing Support Must Have • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration. • 3-6 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
