Brand Manager/Business Manager - Skin Care

: Brand Manager / Business Manager (Skincare) Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Manager / Business Manager to lead and scale the skincare business for Indian Secrets. The brand is currently generating approximately 1.5 Cr in monthly revenue, and the mandate is to drive aggressive growth while building a strong foundation for a 100 Cr business. The role will play a critical part in shaping brand strategy, driving profitability, launching new products, and delivering sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive brand growth, revenue, profitability, and market expansion initiatives. - Develop and execute end-to-end brand strategy aligned with business objectives. - Manage brand P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. - Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, consumer insights, and category trends. - Lead the complete product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and scale-up. - Drive successful execution of new product launches and portfolio expansion. - Partner closely with New Product Development (NPD), Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external agencies. - Optimize marketing and business spends to improve ROI and profitability. - Monitor competition, category performance, and emerging trends to support strategic decision-making. - Ensure execution excellence while independently driving business outcomes in an IC capacity. - Candidates from premium brands or premier B-schools will be preferred.
