As our CHRO, youll play a pivotal role in scaling a culture of innovation, performance, and inclusion. Youll partner closely with the leadership team to shape talent strategy, organization design, and a future-ready workforce. What You'll Lead: - Strategic HR across the employee lifecycle - talent acquisition, performance, culture, engagement, and succession planning - Organization design and change management for scale - People analytics and compensation strategy aligned with growth - Employer branding and leadership development What Were Looking For: - 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in finance, fintech, or platform-led digital businesses - Track record of building teams in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments - Deep understanding of workforce planning, tech-enabled HR, and scaling orgs from mid to large size - Strong executive presence with a people-first mindset Location: Mumbai (Hybrid/Flexible based on role needs)
