Executive Assistant To MD - Strategy Consultant - Auto - IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI

Role: Strategy Consulting role with Auto Major Job Location: Chennai (IIM, ISB, FMS XLRI only) Key Responsibilities: - Analysis and Diagnosis: Conduct deep research, market analysis, competitive analysis, and data analysis to understand a company's current position, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. - Strategy Development: Develop and recommend strategies for crucial decisions like cost reduction, revenue growth, new market entry, mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation. - Implementation and Monitoring: Help implement the recommended strategies, manage change, coach teams, and monitor results to ensure long-term success. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, executives, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic plans meet their needs and concerns. - Reporting and Presentation: Translate complex data and insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations through reports and presentations. Requisites: - MBA (IIM/ ISB/ FMS, XLRI) with Strategy/ Consulting experience from leading Strategy Consulting firm.
