Within Quality & Cost Strategy Analytics (QCSA), the Director, Analytics Enablement & Productis a versatile, high-impact leader who blends three complementary mandates: leading product management for QCSA’s flagship data products, owning QCSA-level portfolio and analytics operations/enablement, and driving cross-team special projects as assigned by the VP of QCSA.

This is a role for a leader who can wear many hats — flexing to ever-changing direction from leadership while delivering flagship QCSA products and building the repeatable processes, frameworks, and knowledge-sharing that scale the entire organization.

The role requires an in-depth understanding of how QCSA’s capabilities interrelate across product, analytics, technology, and the business, and the judgment to move fluidly between hands-on delivery and enterprise-level strategy. What Makes This Role Distinct This is a “many hats” leadership role by design.

It uniquely combines the builder’s accountability for delivering flagship QCSA data products, the operator’s discipline of running the portfolio and analytics enablement engine, and the flexibility to absorb cross-team special projects as the VP of QCSA directs.

Success looks like flagship products delivered, an organization thatruns onclear and repeatable processes, institutional knowledge that is captured and reused, and a team that flexes confidently through constant change.
