Role: General Manager – B2B Marketing We are looking for a seasoned B2B Marketing leader with 15+ years of experience to drive strategic marketing initiatives across our Industrial Products (IP1 & IP2) and Joineries businesses. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals. • Create impactful product AVs, brochures, presentations, and segment-specific marketing collateral. • Build compelling value propositions for products and innovations. • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, website management, lead generation, and CRM programs. • Drive participation in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows through effective content and branding. • Collaborate closely with Business Heads, CBOs, Sales, and external agencies to enhance brand visibility and business growth. Ideal Candidate: • MBA (Mandatory) from a reputed business school/institute. • 15+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing. • Strong experience in industrial, building materials, manufacturing, construction chemicals, or related sectors. • Proven track record in content development, digital marketing, exhibitions, and lead generation.
