Graphic Designer - Multiple positions

A growing services business is seeking creative and motivated Marketing & Graphic Design Assistants to join their Sales & Marketing team based in Alexandria. With both junior and senior opportunities available , this is an exciting chance for creative professionals at different stages of their careers to further develop their skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. Working across graphic design, branded content, corporate submissions, and marketing materials, you will play an integral role in supporting a wide range of business and client projects. You will work closely with the internal Marketing team to create high-quality reports, presentations, tenders, and promotional material that support the company's continued growth. Please note: Multiple positions are available, and candidates must be able to work full-time from the Alexandria office . About the Role In this position, you will be responsible for producing and formatting a variety of corporate and marketing documents across both print and digital platforms. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and has a strong eye for detail, branding, and visual presentation. Key Responsibilities • Produce and format reports, presentations, tenders, and marketing documents using Canva. • Maintain the company's Monthly Report Tracking Register in Excel and provide weekly progress updates to stakeholders. • Ensure all materials comply with company brand guidelines and quality standards. • Assist with the design and creation of marketing and promotional materials across digital and print platforms. • Maintain digital artwork, templates, and marketing files. • Deliver accurate, high-quality work within agreed deadlines. • Support video editing and production activities where required. • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to deliver engaging and professional content. Skills & Experience • Previous experience in a Marketing, Graphic Design, or Creative role. • Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. • Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is highly regarded. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Exceptional attention to detail and document formatting skills. • Ability to follow brand guidelines and produce consistent, professional work. • Strong organisational and time-management skills. • Proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
