Location Chennai Experience: 6 to 10Years What awaits you/ Job Profile • Leading the conversation between developers, testing team, business analysts, productownersand clients to prepare the testing strategy as part of SDLC • Overseeing the design and execution of the test strategy in alignment with project goals andobjectives • Designing complex test scenarios to perform comprehensive testing of the application • Overseeing the development of the automation testing framework, along with test scenarios,dataand scripts • Overseeing the setup and maintenance of testing environments, including software, hardware and network installations and configurations • Defining test metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the testing strategy andidentifyingareas for improvement • Conducting risk assessments toidentifyrisks associated with testing, such as test environments, technical, data and tools, and regression risks • Preparing comprehensive reports that provide a detailed overview of the testing scope,objectivesand test coverage,resultsand metrics • Conducting training sessions and workshops to train junior employees on testing best practices,toolsand frameworks What should you bring along • Knowledge of programming languages. Java • In-depth knowledge and understanding of test tools, frameworks and procedures can help you prepare test strategies,casesand data for your work. • Being detail-oriented helps youidentifyand resolve bugs, or issues that may have had severe consequences on the application's functioning. • Havingstrong communicationand collaboration skills can enable you to interact with developers,clientsand other key participants in ensuring the functionality,effectivenessand reliability of the application. Must have technical skill • PlayWrite,selenium, MAVEN, Rest API Automation. • AutomationFramework – BDDCucumber • JIRA, X-Ray, ConfluenceandTest Metrics reporting software. • Shouldhave experience in manual testing also. Good to have technical skills • AWS,CI/CD tools, Git,JMeter, DB automation
