SFDC Business Solution Analyst/Architect

1. Total IT experience of around 15 years. 2. Business Analyst/Senior Developer experience of at least 7 years. 3. Salesforce.com BA experience of at least 5 years. 4. Salesforce certification: Developer DEV-401 or Platform Developer-I is required. 5. Salesforce certification: Either Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant or both. 6. Salesforce certification: Administrator ADM-201 is desired. 7. Experience of Pre-sales, client interaction and responding to RFI/RFP from Solutioning perspective is a must. 8. Experience of having created extensive Force.com solutions; hands-on coding experience is a must. 9. Experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a must; Communities Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience is desired. 10. Implementation experience of at least 2 full SDLC cycles on Salesforce.com from Requirement Study to Deployment. 11. Experience of integrating external and internal system/data interfaces with the Salesforce Force.com platform.
