Talent Acquisition Specialist About the Role We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment and HR Business Development team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about connecting exceptional talent with career opportunities and enjoy building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, developing talent pipelines, and supporting business development growth through effective sourcing and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Source and engage quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct candidate interviews to assess technical competencies, experience, career aspirations, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Prepare candidate profiles and provide market insights to clients. Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruitment activities are properly documented.
Keep abreast of hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and labour market developments. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline. Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, executive search, or human resources is preferred. Excel
