Job Title: UI/UX Developer Location: Gurgaon (Onsite 5 Days a Week) Experience: 46 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Requirements: Local to NCR, Immediate Joiner to 10 days (Serving Notice), Prior MNC Experience Budget: up to 18 LPA (Flexible) Job Summary: Looking for a talented UI/UX Developer (ReactJs) with 46 years of experience in designing and developing intuitive, user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong e-commerce background, hands-on experience with modern UI technologies, and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces. - Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and developers to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences. - Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. - Implement pixel-perfect UI components while ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. - Optimize application performance, accessibility, and usability. - Maintain and enhance design systems and reusable UI components. - Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements. - Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth application functionality. Required Skills: - 46 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or Frontend Developer. - Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript. - Hands-on experience with React.js (preferred) or Angular. - Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. - Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. - Good understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices. - Experience integrating REST APIs. - Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills: - Mandatory: Experience working on E-commerce platforms or customer-facing digital applications. - Experience with component libraries and design systems. - Knowledge of performance optimization techniques. - Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics. - Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP) is an advantage. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and frontend development work.
