Associate Recruiter

Description We are seeking an experienced Associate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the Indian job market context and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to effectively source, attract, and hire top talent. Responsibilities • Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and networking events • Screen and assess candidate resumes and applications to determine qualifications and fit • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers • Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies • Maintain accurate candidate and job posting data in applicant tracking system • Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to build brand awareness and attract top talent Skills and Qualifications • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Indian job market context • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively source and attract candidates through various channels • Experience conducting initial phone and in-person interviews • Strong organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Skills: Market Research, Negotiation, Sourcing, Reporting, Screening, Interviewing, Data Analysis, Networking, ATS, Recruitment Experience: 2.00-4.00 Years
