Hybris Product Manager

Position : Hybris Product Manager (5 Open positions). Location : Chennai (onsite). Experience : 5+ Years (Relevant 3 years in Hybris). Interview Mode : 2 Rounds (Virtual). Notice Period : Immediate Joiners / Less than 15 Days Notice Period. Experience : - Minimum of 5 years of total professional experience. - Minimum of 3 years of experience post-Full-Time MBA. Education : - Full-Time MBA from a recognized institution. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth. - Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve operational performance. - Develop business cases and financial models to support product initiatives. - Work closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables. - Communicate product updates and business insights to senior management and external partners. - Utilize data analytics tools to monitor product performance, track key metrics and provide actionable insights. - Conduct A/B testing and user research to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experience. - Lead product development projects from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. - Manage product backlog, prioritize features and ensure alignment with business objectives. Qualifications : - Proven track record of successful product management or business analysis in a relevant industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). - Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus. Mandatory Skills : - Experience and understanding of SAP Hybris (Commerce Cloud) architecture, configurations and operations. - Experience in Technology/Ecommerce companies.
