Duties & Requirements: Key requirements: • Strong Technical BA background working on enterprise systems and integrations. • Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications. • Strong skills in: • Process modelling • Data mapping and analysis • API and integration requirements • User stories and acceptance criteria • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and event-driven architectures. • Guidewire experience (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) highly regarded. • General Insurance industry experience preferred. • Experience in Agile delivery environments (Jira, Confluence).
