Senior Technical BA - 12-month contract opportunity - Global insurance organisation Your new companyWe are partnering with a leading organisation in the insurance sector undertaking one of the largest transformation programs in its history.This global initiative is focused on simplifying systems and processes across multiple countries, enabling teams to operate on common platforms and improving access to data across the business. The program has already been underway for two years and has a significant roadmap ahead, providing strong extension potential. What you'll do • Work within a major global transformation program. • Partner with stakeholders across digital customer portals and digital front-end teams. • Work closely with Product Owners in an Agile delivery environment. • Engage with stakeholders across multiple business and technology teams globally. • Contribute to a complex technology transformation involving platforms, systems and integrations. What you'll need to succeed • Previous Technical Business Analyst experience. • Insurance industry experience. • Experience working with digital customer portals and digital front-end teams. • Experience working within Agile teams and supporting Product Owners. • PI Planning experience (essential). • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across multiple business areas.
