Product Designer

Role Summary: We are looking for a Product Designer (Growth) to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our B2C products. The ideal candidate is a data-driven designer with strong UI/UX expertise, experience in experimentation and conversion optimization, and a passion for building impactful user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design and optimize user journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention, and subscription flows. - Create and iterate on A/B tests, landing pages, onboarding experiences, and growth experiments. - Translate user insights and business metrics into intuitive, high-converting product experiences. - Collaborate with Product, Growth, Engineering, and Data teams to improve key growth metrics. - Build scalable design systems and reusable patterns for rapid experimentation. - Mentor designers and contribute to design best practices. Required Skills: - 6+ years of Product Design experience with 3+ years in B2C product companies. - Strong expertise in UI/UX design, user research, and conversion-focused design. - Hands-on experience with Figma and AI-powered design tools (Figma AI, ChatGPT). - Experience leading a design team for at least 2 years. - Strong product design portfolio with 2+ detailed case studies (Portfolio link mandatory). - Stable career history with a minimum of 2 years in each previous organization. Preferred Skills: - Experience with subscription-based or marketplace products. - Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and growth experimentation. - Exposure to AI-powered personalization and recommendation systems. - Experience building scalable design systems. - Graduates from Tier-1 institutes (preferred).
