00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $18,000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion Manage overall project execution, safety, cost, quality and delivery targets Ensure proper site management across all assigned project locations Oversee workplace safety management across all sites and ensure safety procedures are implemented Ensure compliance with all local authorities’ requirements and construction regulations with regards to project executions Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues Manage project productivity and cost control closely Oversee procurement planning and subcontractors’ performance Review project plans and master programme, technical drawings and construction sequencing and methodologies Provide leadership and guidance to project teams Champion quality management across sites Preparation of Q-write up for tender submissions Prepare and present during tender interviews Act as Management Representative for ISO systems and ensure compliance with ISO standards APPLY NOW!!!
