Through an Employer of Record (EOR), we are looking for a new Director of Software Engineering in India to join our growing IT Team. This individual will report into our VP of IT and lead our engineering organization into its next phase of growth.
This role is equal parts strategic leadership and hands-on influence, shaping how we build, scale, and deliver systems that power a high-impact e-commerce business. You’ll define the technical vision, develop strong engineering leaders, and ensure our platforms are reliable, scalable, and built for the future.

This position requires occasional travel within India to support business initiatives and team collaboration. In addition, travel to our U. S. -based headquarters in Melville, NY may be required up to once per year for internal meetings and team-building activities.
Role Type: Full-Time Location: Remote from India Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 a. m. – 1:00 p. m. U. S. Eastern Time / 1:30 p. m. – 10:30 p. m.
