• Individual Contributor Role • Location: Singapore • Southeast Asia Coverage • Reporting to Head of HR Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading international investment management firm to appoint a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity to support the firm's talent acquisition efforts across Southeast Asia while partnering closely with senior business leaders. Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets and functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. The role will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, conducting talent mapping, providing market insights, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. In addition to recruitment delivery, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will contribute to key initiatives including employer branding, process improvements, workforce planning, and talent acquisition projects across the region. We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition professional with regional recruitment experience gained within investment management, financial services, banking, private equity, or professional services environments. Strong stakeholder management skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment will be critical to success.
