Chartered Accountant (Accounts, Finance & Taxation):
Position: Chartered Accountant - Accounts, Finance & Taxation
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Experience: 8+ Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead the Accounts, Finance, and Taxation functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, audits, and financial reporting. Experience in the EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Projects sector will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Oversee direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Advance Tax, and Tax Audits.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, MIS reports, and variance analysis for management review.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other statutory laws.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
- Support business decisions by providing financial analysis and strategic insights.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounts team.
Required Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounts, Finance & Taxation.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, Income Tax, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
