Research Consultant - Recruitment and Staffing (International Recruitment) We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Consultant to support our recruitment efforts in the APAC region, Australia, and the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for the recruitment industry. Key Responsibilities : • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape in the APAC region, Australia, and the UK. • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including online databases, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team, helping to refine search strategies and improve candidate matching. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings, market trends, and candidate profiles for internal stakeholders and clients. • Work closely with recruitment consultants and account managers to understand client needs and deliver tailored research solutions. • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. Qualifications : • Education : Any Bachelor's degree • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a research or recruitment role, preferably within the APAC and UK regions. • Skills : • Strong analytical and research skills. • Proficiency in using research tools and databases. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Familiarity with the recruitment industry and market dynamics in Australia, the UK, and the broader APAC region.
