Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Control Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to support business development efforts by providing input for proposals and participating in presentations, as required.
What You'll Be Doing: Provides guidance, direction, and support or assignments to projects and proposals for the need of scheduling. Manages a team of project control managers and staff who are scheduling SMEs. Update policies and procedures related to scheduling practices, as necessary.
Coordinates staffing requirements, assigns and supervises project work activities, and trains personnel. Completes performance reviews and provides personnel development for the assigned employees. Recommends and oversees the customization of project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
Supports business development efforts by providing input for proposals and participating in presentations, as required. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Serve as the lead scheduler for the Federal GBU and provide technical guidance and best practices.
Manage LoadSpring access and a P6 license pool with Asset Management support. Foster relationships with other GBU PCMs and Internal Mobility to fill temporary vacancies and pop-up needs. Frequent travel may be necessary to fulfill client or proposal requirements.
Assists HR/Talent Acquisition team to recruit, technical interview, hire and onboard qualified personnel. Mobilizes company resources, through liaison with support departments
