Mandatory Skill Sets: - Supply-Demand Planning - Gig Workforce Payout Management - CPH/CPUH Optimization - Incentive & Pricing Strategy - Rate Card Design Good to Have Skill Sets: - SQL & Advanced Excel - Workforce Management - Hyperlocal Operations - Demand Forecasting - Data Analytics & Dashboards Requirements: - 5-10 years of experience in Operations, Control Tower, Workforce Management, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain roles, preferably in high-growth startups or technology-led businesses. - Proven experience managing large-scale distributed gig workforces or supply networks with a strong understanding of workforce planning and service fulfillment. - Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, dashboards, and data visualization tools to analyze operational performance, demand trends, and workforce productivity. - Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Product, Tech, and Business teams. - Strong understanding of demand forecasting, workforce planning, SLA management, operational KPIs, and process optimization. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
