Reporting: Director, HR Location: Hyderabad-New greenfield Project Summary: Seasoned HR professional to partner with business leaders and drive the people agenda for a rapidly growing manufacturing site. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and organisational growth. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business and plant leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. - Support workforce planning, organisational design, and site expansion initiatives. - Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning. - Lead employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching. - Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. - Drive change management and employee engagement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. - Collaborate with cross-functional and global HR teams to deliver strategic HR initiatives. - Leverage HR analytics and workforce insights to support business decisions. Candidate Profile: - 10+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partnering. - Experience in Manufacturing, Medical Devices, MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries. - Strong exposure to plant HR, manufacturing operations, or greenfield/start-up projects. - Hands-on experience in Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), labour law compliance, and contract workforce management. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. - Experience working with senior leadership in a matrix organisation.
