Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Business Partnership:
- Define and drive the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans
- Act as a trusted advisor to CEO and leadership team on organization design, talent capability, and workforce planning
- Build a high-performance, product-led culture aligned with company values
- Lead organizational change initiatives in a scaling environment
Talent Acquisition Leadership:
- Build strong hiring strategies for product, engineering, sales, and corporate functions
- Strengthen employer brand to attract high-quality tech talent
- Improve hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- Partner with leadership team on workforce planning and hiring prioritisation
Talent Management & Organisation Development:
- Design and implement frameworks for performance management, goal setting, and career progression
- Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Build strong employee engagement and retention programs
- Establish learning interventions aligned to evolving business needs
HR Operations, Policies & Compliance:
- Oversee HR operations including policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes
- Ensure scalable HR structures and processes suited for a growing tech organisation
- Drive adoption of HR tech platforms and analytics
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labour regulations
Stakeholder & Culture Leadership:
- Partner with business leaders to solve organisation and talent challenges
- Coach managers on performance and people-related matters
- Drive initiatives to strengthen culture, engagement, and productivity
Mandatory Experience & Skills:
- 16-20 years of progressive HR experience
- Must have significant HR leadership experience in Software / SaaS / Technology companies
- Experience managing HR for organisations of 500-1000 employees
- Strong experience across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRBP, and HR Operations
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership teams
- Experience in scaling teams in high-growth technology environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of talent market dynamics for tech roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
- Experience working in high-growth or PE/VC-backed organisations
- Exposure to HR analytics and HR tech tools
- Experience building strong employer brand in competitive talent markets
