We are looking for a dynamic Credit Card Product Manager to lead the next generation of Credit Cards offerings tailored for digitally savvy consumers. This role demands a deep understanding of customer needs, innovative product design, cross-functional leadership, and sharp business acumen. Key Responsibilities : - Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and evolve the credit card product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs. - Customer-Centric Design: Define and iterate on value propositions - rewards, fees, limits, offers - based on user research and data insights. - Digital-First Experience: Work closely with design and tech teams to build seamless onboarding, lifecycle management, and servicing experiences across app/web. - Partner Ecosystem: Collaborate with networks (Visa/Mastercard), merchants, fintech partners, and reward platforms to deliver differentiated propositions. - Risk & Compliance Collaboration: Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and fraud prevention frameworks while maintaining user-friendly processes. - Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to drive product optimization and performance metrics (activation, spends, retention). - Cross-Functional Execution: Work with marketing, operations, legal, credit risk, and customer support to successfully launch and manage card programs.
