Job Description
Here at Amazon we are currently seeking for experienced Operations Managers to join our Customer Fulfillment leadership team at our Fulfillment Center in Dandenong South.
This is an excellent opportunity - Proven leadership experience in a similar, innovative logistics, distribution, manufacturing or fast pace retail environment with multi-site/store management experience, - Experience building and managing large and high performance teams, - Experience in employee and performance management, - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership, - Experience using data to drive root cause analysis for making business decisions with Excel or other analytical tools.
