Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tech Sourcer to support talent acquisition for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles across North America (USA).
The ideal candidate will - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines - Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market - 2+ years of passive candidate generation experience - - - - Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
