Our software delivers insightful observability tools across different technologies and distributed systems, enabling software engineering teams to quickly identify, understand, and solve issues. As AI becomes a top strategic priority, we are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our AI Monitoring team in Hyderabad or Bangalore. This is a career-defining opportunity to own design in an emerging space, shaping a product category that is evolving rapidly. You will work within an engineering-heavy team (16 engineers) to design for "APM for AI," providing end-to-end visibility into the AI stack—from the application layer down to infrastructure. You will tackle complex challenges like visualizing multi-agent flows, making LLM trace data legible, and designing for progressive autonomy in a space where no established design playbook exists.
