Censys is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize our internal systems ecosystem—ensuring our tools are integrated, adopted, and driving real business value. This role sits at the intersection of systems, operations, and emerging AI capabilities.

You will evaluate how our tools work together across the company (Sales, Marketing, Product, People, Finance), eliminate redundancies, improve workflows, and unlock efficiency through better integrations and intelligent automation.

In this role, you will act as a systems optimizer and operator, constantly identifying opportunities to simplify, connect, and enhance how work gets done.

What You Will Do

Audit and continuously evaluate the company’s systems landscape to identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies Define and maintain a clear systems architecture, ensuring tools are purpose-built and not duplicative Drive consolidation and rationalization of tools where appropriate Optimize internal integrations and bidirectional capabilities of those integrations Work with tool owners to improve data integrity, consistency, accessibility and reporting across platforms Drive end-user adoption of key systems through training, documentation, and process improvements Partner with stakeholders to ensure tools are configured to match real workflows, not vice versa Monitor usage and identify opportunities to improve engagement and efficiency Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within existing tools (e.
