Senior Business Analyst - Banking Transformation 12 month day rate contract - 3 days p.w in office We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support major transformation initiatives across business, operations, and technology. This role suits a proactive, self-sufficient BA who can lead discovery, engage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and turn complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes. You'll be responsible for requirements gathering, process mapping, future-state design, user stories, impact assessments, and acceptance criteria, working closely with delivery teams to drive successful outcomes. About you: • Proven Senior BA experience across large-scale transformation programs • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills • Excellent documentation skills across BRDs, process models, and functional requirements • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments • Experience on data migrations • Banking, Payments, or Customer Servicing experience highly regarded If you're a confident Senior BA who enjoys shaping solutions and delivering meaningful change, we'd love to hear from you.
