Your new role We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a significant transformation program. Opportunities are available for both Senior Business Analysts and Senior Technical Business Analysts.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders to analyse and improve business processes, gather requirements, document and optimise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support the delivery of strategic business outcomes. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business and technology teams, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications. You will be responsible for API and integration requirements, data flow mapping, system analysis, and supporting solution design and delivery. You will be working across banking products, lending and transaction-related initiatives within a complex enterprise environment What you'll need to succeed • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale transformation programs • Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management skills • Experience documenting business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Background within banking, financial services, lending, transaction banking or product environments • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving delivery environments For Technical BA opportunities, you will also have: • Experience defining technical requirements and specifications • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and system interfaces • Experience mapping and analysing data flows between systems • Ability to work closely with architects, developers and technical stakeholders What you'll get in return High-profile enterprise transformation programHybrid working model with 3 days per week in the office Opportunity to work alongside experienced business and technology leaders What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
