Job Description

[12 months contract, Renewable] As a UX Designer, you will work with agencies and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, operational challenges, and user pain points.

You will help defi ne problems, facilitate discovery, design end-to-end experiences, validate solutions with users, and support implementation. Depending on the engagement, your work may involve designing a digital service, operational workflow, internal system, public-facing platform, or a combination of these.
