User Experience Consultant

We are looking for a User Experience Consultant who doesn't just craft beautiful interfaces — but someone who thinks in systems, designs with empathy, and brings clarity to complexity.

As the digital landscape evolves at pace, especially with the rise of AI-native products, we need a designer who is as comfortable with ambiguity as they a component library.

As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will lead and contribute to end-to-end product design engagements — from discovery to delivery — working alongside strategists, engineers, and client stakeholders to create meaningful, usable, and scalable experiences.

You will be embedded across client engagements and internal initiatives, taking ownership of design outcomes and contributing to the growth of our design practice. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and craft.

Your Responsibilities Discovery & Research Lead and support design research activities — workshops, user interviews, contextual inquiry, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data Translate research insights into clear problem definitions, opportunity maps, and design principles Facilitate co-creation sessions with clients and cross-functional teams Design & Execution Own end-to-end product design — from user flows and wireframes through to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes Design for complex, data-dense enterprise environments including dashboards, workflow tools, and B2B platforms Apply and extend design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products Design for or alongside AI — including conversational interfaces, AI-assisted workflows, generative UI patterns, and responsible AI transparency Produce and maintain design documentation including annotations, handoff specs, and component guidelines Collaboration & Communication Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders in agile delivery environments Articulate and defend design rationale clearly
