Lead - Learning & Development - FinTech

Role: Learning & Development Lead Location: EPIP Zone, Whitefield, Bangalore Work Mode: 5 days from office Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic HR Learning & Development professional to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee skills, support career development, and drive organizational success. The role involves assessing training needs, creating engaging learning content, and ensuring programs are aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Training Needs Analysis: Assess organizational skill gaps and collaborate with leaders to identify learning priorities. - Program Design & Delivery: Develop and implement training programs (workshops, e-learning, coaching, simulations). - Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure smooth integration. - Leadership Development: Support succession planning and leadership capability building. - Evaluation & Reporting: Measure training effectiveness, gather feedback, and make data-driven improvements. - Compliance: Ensure mandatory training requirements are met. - Innovation: Stay updated on L&D trends, tools, and technologies to keep programs modern and effective. - Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders to embed learning into everyday practices. Requirements: - Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field (MBA/Certification in L&D preferred). - Experience: 10-12 years in HR/L&D roles with proven success in training design and delivery. - Skills: 1. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles 2. Excellent communication and facilitation skills 3. Ability to design e-learning modules and use modern learning platforms 4. Analytical skills to measure training impact 5. Project management and organizational skills
