Job Description

Act as the central intelligence and strategic support function for the CEO's Office. Synthesize inputs from multiple business units into concise, fact-based insights. Monitor performance against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and identify deviations, risks, and opportunities.

Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to leadership. Support executive reviews, strategic meetings, and decision-making forums. Ensure accountability, ownership, and timely closure of key business priorities.

Track industry, regulatory, competitive, and macroeconomic developments and assess business implications.

Prepare executive dashboards, performance reviews, and decision notes for senior leadership The Successful Applicant 12+ years of experience in CEO Office, Strategy, Corporate Planning, Management Consulting, or similar corporate roles.

Strong understanding of financial services, lending, or NBFC businesses is preferred. Proven experience partnering with CXOs, Managing Directors, or Boards. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Strong business acumen with a highly structured and execution-focused mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
