Azure Data Architect

About the Role : This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in designing and building scalable data platforms using Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, data engineering, and cloud computing. Key Responsibilities : - Design enterprise Azure Data Platform architecture - Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory - Develop data pipelines using Azure Databricks and PySpark - Design Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures - Develop enterprise data models - Optimize Spark jobs and improve pipeline performance - Build reusable data ingestion frameworks - Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives - Prepare Architecture, Solution Design, and Technical Design documents - Implement CI/CD using Azure DevOps and Git - Mentor engineering teams and review code - Collaborate with US stakeholders on technical solutions Required Skills : - Experience with Azure Data Platform architecture and design - Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and PySpark - Experience with data pipeline development and optimization - Strong understanding of data modeling and data governance - Experience with cloud migration and modernization initiatives - Strong communication and mentoring skills
