Solution Architect

Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: • Proven experience working as a Solution Architect delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes. • Strong background across Microsoft technologies including Azure, .NET, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. • Experience designing API-led and event-driven integration solutions using Azure Integration Services. • Experience producing architecture documentation including High Level Designs and solution design artefacts. • Strong understanding of secure-by-design principles and working within regulated environments. • Commercial or Specialty Insurance experience is desirable. • Experience delivering claims or core insurance platform replacement programmes is desirable. Responsibilities: • Design and maintain end-to-end solution architectures across applications, integrations, infrastructure, security, and data to support the Claims Modernisation Programme. • Produce and maintain High Level Designs (HLDs), Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), Key Design Decisions (KDDs), and other architectural artefacts. • Work alongside Business Analysts to translate business requirements and user stories into architecturally aligned solutions ready for delivery. • Partner with Business Analysts, Data Architects, Infrastructure Architects, Security teams, and Technical Specialists to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards. • Secure approval of solution designs through architectural governance, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards. You will work closely with the Lead Solution Architect, Business Analysts, Technical Architects, and key business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, end-to-end solution designs across a modern Microsoft technology stack.
