What you’ll do Responsibilities Drive technical innovation to support automation and efficiency, serving both Stripe users and internal teams; Collaborate with user-facing teams to understand operational challenges and implement robust technical solutions; Design and implement features to power Stripe's global 24/7 support operation. Write high-quality, well-tested code with appropriate monitoring and observability; Build support for initiatives by sharing compelling data, and measure outcomes to demonstrate successful execution; Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions; Partner with product and design teams to deliver excellent user experiences. Who you are Minimum requirements Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of software development experience. Must also have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Building production software systems with well-tested code; Front-end and back-end software development; Designing, building, and maintaining functional applications including web-based agent tooling platforms, case mana
