Senior Product Designer - Figma

Location: Pune. Working Mode: Hybrid (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Experience: 5+ years as UI/UX designer. Job Description: - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. - Translate ideas into storyboards to create visual designs using prototyping tools. - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. - Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets. - Build page navigation buttons and search fields. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. - Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables). - Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness). - Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. - Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images. - Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision. - Keeping up with new trends in design and tech. - Competencies in interaction design, systems thinking, and product design. Requirements: - 5+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer building enterprise software products. - Degree from top design school in India e.g., NID, MIT-ID. - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. - Built a portfolio of design projects. - Excellent knowledge of wireframe tools. - Turn designs into basic front-end code (HTML/CSS) for implementation by a development team. - Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. - Good time-management skills. - Should have experience with Figma, Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, and many other software and tools to give a complete solution. - Experience in drawing mock ups, Visio flows and data flow and sequence diagrams. - Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies. - Experience design across multiple device types and contexts. - Experience in Construction Technology industry is a huge plus.
