Evoke Technologies - Senior UX Architect - Figma/Adobe XD

Job Title : Senior UX Architect (UX/UI). Location : Hyderabad. Role Summary : We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UX Architect to lead the design and delivery of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences. This role requires a strong blend of UX strategy, UI design expertise, and technical understanding to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful product outcomes. Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end UX architecture and design for web and mobile applications. - Define UX strategy, design systems, and scalable UI frameworks. - Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. - Ensure consistency in design standards, usability, and accessibility. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements. - Drive design thinking workshops and mentor UX/UI designers. - Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 8- 12 years of experience in UX/UI design and architecture. - Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, UI design, and complex problem-solving. - Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and usability principles. - Experience with responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards. - Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Technical Skills : - UX Research & Design Thinking. - Wireframing & Prototyping. - Design Systems & Component Libraries. - Interaction Design & Information Architecture. - Usability Testing & Accessibility (WCAG). - Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS). Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in enterprise applications or large-scale platforms. - Familiarity with tools like InVision, Zeplin, Miro, or FigJam. - Experience leading UX teams or mentoring designers. - Certification in UX/UI or Human-Centered Design is a plus. Soft Skills : - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strategic thinking with a user-first mindset.
