Working Hours

5 days / Mon-Fri: 8. 45am-5. 30pm Salary Package: Up to SGD 5000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Identify and curate attractive product assortments to propose to external stakeholders in support of in-store events.

Conduct market research and recommend new business opportunities and ideas for service improvements to drive profitability. Ensure service and operational excellence by establishing and enforcing organizational standards across the sales team.

Deliver product training to Retail Promoters and ensure they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge. Ensure the sales team adheres to the company's SOPs and policies.

Oversee product displays and POP (Point of Purchase) materials, including price and product tags, ensuring compliance with company and departmental store guidelines. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing timely support, guidance, and communication.

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data. Monitor and manage healthy inventory levels across retail stores. Assist with stock movements and event setups (e. g. , setting up wagons), including the flexibility to travel between stores as needed.

Mentor and support the sales team by providing solutions, answering procedural and technical queries, and promoting skills development. Oversee daily retail operations including inventory processing, logistics coordination, and team support including weekends when necessary.
