Job Description

RM Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Electrical Operations Manager to join the growing construction team. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is paying a salary of $200k + Super. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage construction operations across multiple projects. • Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery. • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and industry regulations. • Manage and mentor project managers, site supervisors, and operational staff. • Monitor project performance, budgets, and financial outcomes. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Identify and manage operational risks while resolving project issues effectively. • Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business objectives and growth targets. To be successful in this role, you will have: • Experience in an Operations Manager or Senior Project Manager role within the construction industry. • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred). • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent knowledge of commercial construction practices, contracts, and project delivery. • Sound understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements. • Strong financial, budgeting, and commercial management skills. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent organisational skills.
