Role: Engineering Lead (Technical Program Manager) Location: New Delhi WHAT YOU WILL DO: We are looking for a highly execution-focused Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong technical background who can effectively partner with engineering teams and drive cross-functional program execution. This is not a generalist project management role we are specifically looking for someone who understands technology, engineering workflows, sprint execution, and can actively collaborate with developers on technical deliverables. In this role you would: - Drive end-to-end execution of technology development across engineering teams. - Work closely with developers, product managers, and leadership during sprint planning and execution. - Facilitate Agile execution including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. - Understand technical architecture, engineering workflows, and code-level discussions to effectively communicate with developers. - Ensure alignment between product requirements and engineering implementation. - Maintain clear documentation for project status, timelines, and stakeholder updates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release and deployment cycles. REQUIREMENTS: - 5-6 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager. - Strong technical background with prior exposure to software development or engineering environments. - Ability to understand code, technical architecture, APIs, and engineering discussions. - Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong understanding of sprint management, story tracking, backlog prioritization, and release planning. - Experience working closely with engineering teams in fast-paced product organizations. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, or similar project management tools. - Ability to manage multiple parallel technical initiatives with strong attention to detail.
