Product Designer/Senior Designer

Responsibilities : - Understand user workflows and pain points, and produce, test, and iterate on high-quality designs to solve user needs. - Translate highly complex use cases into flows that are intuitive for users. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, founders, and leaders across Everstage to craft a seamless. - world-class user experience. - Prototype user experiences for testing and internal communication. What we are looking for : - 3+ years of product design experience (web & mobile applications) at a product-driven tech company. - B2B SaaS experience is a plus. - Solid visual design fundamentals and understanding of design concepts (space, typography, color theory, layout, etc.) - The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment. - Effective communicator, presenter, and eager to give and receive feedback. - Curiosity and creativity to test new ideas and innovate to improve business results. - Proficiency with Figma. - A self-starter mindset; you care deeply about crafting products to a world-class standard.
