Senior Product Designer

Description : We are looking for a Senior Product Designer Growth who thrives at the intersection of UX, data, and experimentation. This role is focused on driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization through high-impact, measurable design decisions. You will own critical growth funnels end-to-end and work closely with Product, Data, and Engineering to turn insights into scalable growth outcomes. Key Responsibilities : Growth & Funnel Optimization : - Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization - Improve key metrics such as conversion rate, retention, CAC, and LTV - Identify drop-offs and optimize user funnels using data and behavioral insights Experimentation & A/B Testing : - Lead design-driven experiments (A/B tests, multivariate testing) - Create landing pages, onboarding flows, feature experiments to drive measurable impact - Continuously iterate based on data, user feedback, and performance metrics Core Growth Touchpoints : Own and optimize : - Signup & onboarding flows - Activation journeys & engagement loops - Subscription & monetization experiences - Retention & re-engagement flows (notifications, lifecycle UX) - Referral & viral growth mechanisms Data-Driven Design : - Translate user data, cohort analysis, and business insights into design decisions - Partner with Growth PMs & Data teams to define hypotheses and measure success - Track and improve post-launch performance Scalable Design Systems for Growth : - Build reusable design patterns, templates, and frameworks for rapid experimentation - Enable faster iteration cycles across growth initiatives Collaboration & Leadership : - Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams - Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of experimentation and growth thinking - Contribute to and evolve the design system for scalability Preferred Growth Areas : - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - Onboarding & activation design - Subscription & monetization flows - Retention and lifecycle UX - Referral systems & viral loops - Personalization & recommendation systems Ideal Candidate Profile : - 6+ years of experience in Product Design (UI/UX) - 3+ years in B2C product companies (high-scale apps preferred) - Proven experience in growth design / experimentation / funnel optimization - Strong hands-on expertise with Figma and AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI workflows) - Deep understanding of user behavior, metrics, and data-driven design - Experience leading design initiatives and mentoring teams (2+ years) - Strong portfolio with at least 2 detailed case studies (mandatory) Must-Have Skills : - Growth Design / Conversion Optimization - A/B Testing & Experimentation - UX/UI Design (Web & Mobile) - Data-driven Design Thinking - Funnel Optimization (Acquisition/Retention) - Design Systems - Figma & Prototyping Tools Good to Have : - Experience in subscription-based or marketplace products - Exposure to AI-driven personalization / recommendations - Experience in international markets / localization - Background in high-scale product companies / unicorns Additional Requirements : - Portfolio link with 2+ detailed case studies (mandatory) - Minimum 2 years tenure in previous organizations - CTC includes 5% variable component Why Join Us : - Work on high-impact growth problems at scale - Data-driven culture with strong experimentation mindset - Opportunity to influence core business metrics through design - Collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environment
