Visual/Interaction Designer - Sketch/Illustrator/Photoshop

Our Client are the Captive shared service center of a global insurance organization with operations in multiple countries The organization provides a wide range of Insurance, retirement solutions and Financial support to their Clients. MANDATORY ASK : - 3+YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS UI/UX DESIGNER - IT IS NIGHT SHIFT FOR 1 MONTH AND UK SHIFT THEREAFTER. - EXPERIENCE IN UI/UX DESIGN IN B2B WEBSITE . - EXPERIENCE IN CREATING INTERACTIVE WEBSITES AND HIGH FIDELITY DESIGNS. -MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN SKETCH. - SHOULD HAVE EXPERTISE INFOLLOWING TOOLS PHOTOSHOP,ZEPLIN,AZURE,ETC. Scope of Responsibilities : - Collaborate with content strategy, digital marketing, ART, brand and marketing stakeholders on content experience projects and other design projects - Learn Ion Interactive to create experience embedded within Site core for each brand. - Conceptualize experiences, from low to high fidelity prototypes within Brand guidelines - Build and test the content experience within Ion for desktop, tablet and mobile and scale experiences - Manage the style libraries within Ion for each brand leveraging updated styles by the Design team - Create interactive experiences on brand that are embedded in Site core and Marketing Cloud using Ion. - Research and test how to leverage Ion to deliver more engaging experiences using 2D images, video, embedded forms and more to showcase to stakeholders to demonstrate what is possible. - Should have basic prototyping skills - Document best practices for content experiences - Design for accessibility, responsive web design - An understanding of Agile development and Bootstrap framework - Manage multiple projects from global regions Required Skills : - UI/UX Designer with some front-end skills - Self-starter and inquisitive in nature; confident in presenting work and user experience issues and concerns - Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, Axure and other related tools and apps - Experience working with interactive experience creation software or SAAS tools such as Ceros - Comfortable working in an agile environment - Experience working on B2B websites and/or sites for technology or software - Able to effectively communicate to multiple stakeholder teams - Ideate on solutions for problems to solve and develop concepts - Understanding of responsive design and designing for accessibility
